Here we go beyond the fork.  We peel the layers of the onion to get at the inside. I believe, and science supports this belief, that food and mood are an interconnected web.  I can talk until I am blue in the face about what to eat, but often it’s not about food. 

It’s not what you’re eating; it’s about what’s eating you. Self-doubt? Poor self-esteem? Intimacy issues? Financial Stress? Jerk Boss? Unfulfilling relationships you‘re stuffing down?

With Tasty Bliss, it’s my heartfelt mission to provide some awesome resources. I will share effective strategies as well as tapping into experts and their insight and tools for becoming stronger, more resilient and happier.

If you don’t feel good about yourself, why would you do anything positive for yourself? Are you picking up what I’m throwing down?

I’ve seen first-hand through the years, many women repeatedly think, “If I just lose this weight, my life will be better and I will be happier”. Well, guess what ladies…it doesn’t work that way. Nope. You have to live in the moment and appreciate what you do have. It’s not your circumstances that have you down, it’s your thoughts about your circumstances that do. 

Sorry to say that when you lose 20 pounds, your job doesn’t become less stressful, your love life doesn’t turn into a scene from 50 Shades of Gray and for gosh sake the kids don’t always listen! These are real life challenges we need to work on improving, in addition to what’s on the end of our fork, to create more WOW experiences!

I see the challenges everyday with the being a Super Woman. Kiddos who need you, a partner who needs you, a job that needs you…but guess what YOU need you!  No one, and I mean no one, is in charge of your happiness except you.

I bet you are your own worst critic and I’m here to squash that critic.  She’s wrong and she stinks. Everybody’s going through something, so let’s dance in the rain together.
